Ordinance 2025-12-31: Discussion and vote on ordinance establishing a 3% annual water rate increase as mandated by the city’s water rate requirements
Resolution 2025-12-09: Discussion and vote to approve and accept adjustments and budget overages for the 2025 fiscal year
Discussion and approval to engage Todd & Associates, CPA to complete the remaining Agreed-Upon Procedures / Water Audit as required by the State
Discussion and approval of the acceptance and allocation of the City of Casa’s portion of the Anthracene Alliance funds to be transferred into the Pavilion Fund
Acceptance of a Letter of Resignation from Council Member B.C. Rankin
